Welcome to FixMyFallout. We're dedicated to helping young people mend friendships and navigate conflict through digital-based peer mediation. Our goal is to facilitate open conversations that reduce tension, anger and anxiety, whilst providing a valuable tool for school pastoral staff.
How it works
Seven simple steps to sort things out
No awkward conversations. No taking sides. Just a calm, private space to say your piece and find a way forward.
You start the process
Visit the platform and fill in a short private form, calmly share what happened, how you're feeling, and your goals for the friendship. No account or school code needed.
A secure case is created
Carefully-designed AI read both sides and look for where your goals overlap. No taking sides.
You invite the other person
Copy the link and send it via WhatsApp, text or email to your fallout friend, inviting them to take part in mediation.
They share their side
The other person fills in the same form. Neither of you can see the other's response yet.
Safety checks in the background
Every submission is quietly checked for serious concerns. If anything is flagged, the case pauses and clear guidance to trusted adults and support services is shared.
We find the common ground
Trained, unbiased intermediaries or carefully-designed AI read both sides and look for where your goals overlap. No taking sides.
You both receive a calm summary
A neutral summary and suggested shared goals are shared with both of you. You agree on fair, realistic next steps to move forwards.

FixMyFallout is built on real principles from mediation practice, adapted carefully for teenagers.
Private by design
Neither person reads the other's response until both have submitted. This reduces defensiveness and keeps things fair from the start.
No one takes sides
Our process is carefully designed to be neutral. It summarises both perspectives fairly and never decides who was right or wrong.
You stay in control
Suggested steps are just that, suggestions. You choose what feels right. Nobody is forced into anything they're not comfortable with.
Safety built in

Minimal personal data
We only collect what's needed. Cases are automatically deleted after 90 days. UK-hosted, GDPR & ICO Children's Code aligned.
No app to download
Everything happens in a browser. No account, no download, no sign-up barrier, just a secure link that works on any phone.
Why it's important
Before a fallout becomes anxiety, before anxiety becomes absence.
Peer conflict is identified as a primary trigger for school-based anxiety and avoidance. FixMyFallout sits at the earliest possible intervention point, resolving conflicts before they escalate. The platform doesn't replace teachers; it gives them time back.
